Reducing Crime
Lock your doors. Leave a light on. Protect your identity.
The basics of preventing crime, right? These show a progression of what crime prevention has come to be over the last generation. UCCP has been there from the beginning "before crime prevention was cool", and continues to provide services and training to help those in the business of preventing crime in their community.
The method of operation is simple: find the strategies that have been proven, by the people who have perfected them. Then, give them the forum to translate this knowledge and allow them to do so. Finally, evaluate that transferred knowledge, and follow up with those that put it into use. It's a formula that has worked time and again, and all over the country. UCCP is proud to count itself among those that have championed the cost-effective cause of crime prevention.
Training: UCCP spends a considerable amount of time in training law enforcment, both within and outside of the state.
Programs: UCCP holds a stable of crime prevention programs that serve several segments of the population. To the very visible DARE program, Drug Free Workplace Program - UCCP is a resource that many entities rely on to answer their crime prevention needs.
Associations: Crime Prevention Officers & Practitioners, School Resource Officers, Gang Investigators, DARE Officers, and even Forensic Divers. These subgroups of Utah law enforcement use UCCP as their Trustee to streamline their information and training efforts.
